Security
We take the security of the children, parents, staff and visitors accessing our premises seriously and ensure that we provide a safe and secure environment at all times.
All visitors entering the building are met by staff and required to sign our visitors register and supervised at all times while on the premises.
We use keypad door entry system which our vetted staff use to access the building. All our staff are vetted and DBS (Disclosures and Barrings Services) checked in accordance with Ofsted regulations.
Additionally, we ensure that our environment is safe for the children by;
Using radiator covers on our radiators so children cannot touch the radiator
Using window restriction locks to keep children safe from open windows
Using CCTV camera to monitor the rooms and the environment safeguarding children and protecting everyone from any external danger. Staff are able to see people seeking to come into the building before they are allowed access
Using finger-safe to protect little fingers from door hinges
